Once an order is confirmed, The Bagdi’s will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.
In Case of Damaged Product
The Bagdi’s needs to be notified of a damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to infoKasutam@gmail.com.
In the email, please include:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- 1 outer box image
- 2 clear images of the damaged product
For multiple-item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will be happy to promptly re-send and replace the product(s) and work with you to provide an amicable solution.
We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
In Case of Missing Product
The Bagdi’s needs to be notified of a missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to infoKasutam@gmail.com.
In the email, please include:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- 1 outer box image
- 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received
We will not be able to process a refund request. However, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product.
We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
In Case of Spoiled Product
The Bagdi’s needs to be notified of product spoilage within 10 days from the delivery date via email to infoKasutam@gmail.com.
In the email, please include:
- Order number
- Date of packaging/manufacture
- Clear images or video of the product
We are unable to accept returns based on variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are completely natural and handmade, so no two batches will be identical. We ensure the highest standards in our natural production process, using only the best natural ingredients while retaining maximum nutritional value.
We will work with you to provide an amicable solution. Products will be replaced after due investigation and diligence, and we assure a fair outcome at all times.

Shipping policy
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days.
For International orders – We currently do not provide international shipping.
Order Deliveries Will Be Made Between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
